New Request Form for Library Computing Help Desk

On December 8th, the Library Computing Help Desk transitioned to a new ticketing system called ServiceNOW. With ServiceNOW, the Library Computing Help Desk will use the same system as the CRC and BUMC IT, which will provide improved communications regarding university-wide IT issues and requests.
In addition, faculty, staff and students are now able to submit IT requests online via the Library Computing Help Desk form.
